I have a bow that say it has a range of 1760. I have a bow shot that says 2100 range.Will my bow shoot the 2100 range shot..or just shoot to 1760 ? If it won't shoot beyond 1760....are there bows that will take advantage of the 2100 range bow shot ?

Bow range no long applies to this game. The delved range on the shots (spells) is all you need to know.
