Why do certain hib classes keep getting shafted in special events?

So I completed the Ghostly Harvest quest on my bard, only to find that unlike the other realms there is no RI/studded caster version available. There is also no caster leather version. Why Mythic? There are plenty of classes in Hibernia that would prefer them, so why are hibernian classes not given the choice?.
After also not having access to an RI set of power infernal sleeves in the last event, I am feeling rather hard done by in these events.
I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for the same access that most other classes have to decent gear suited to my class.

How does 10% magic damage and 10% spell pierce add up to 23% more damage in poisons?
Hey genius, how about this, Point blank is a 3 sec spell and so is the nightshade nuke.

there was a RI version on Hib.
It 's not Mythic's fault, you don't play your bard melee and even try to cast.
Mythic has more than once stated, that the Bard is a full-tank class.
Bards are not supposed to cast any kind of spell.
Bards are not supposed to use instruments and play songs.
..
Well at least that's what Mythic thinks how to play Bards.
So to get a useful RI version you first have to convince Mythic that the Enhancement-line, Rejuvenation-line, Music line and Songs are not some accident on the Bard but are his main purpose.
