Whats the interval markers around 400 for stats that jumps your dmg up. I have 403 dex atm (NS) and am debating on trying to raise it so more if there is a marker close to hit.

So far as I know, increases to damage from higher str or dex are linear -- there aren't breakpoints. When I did testing years ago on my hero, I was getting damage numbers for LW that scaled roughly as str+200.
