Thats the walk through for the laby quest chain which is the one worth doing. They are all the same in the realms so ignore the Albion part except for specific zones and NPC names (the mob names are all the same). You gain CL xp just by doing anything that gives xp once you've talked to the King in his throne room, it'll say you've embarked on the path of the champion. The quest line starts with the guy who gave you your epic quest, specifically the person your trainer sent you too.
