Any chance of adding single insta Mez or stun to Bard? The recent changes to Bards really did nothing to increase people wanting to play them or their effectiveness in rvr.

They're a no damage support class. There's nothing short of giving them bolts, a pet, and dual wield that would make them enjoyable to your typical casual BG player. Also you're going to have a hard time asking for bards to get instant CC at level 24 since the other realm's primary CC classes don't have that (no minstrel instant stun and skald instant mezz don't count).

Bard is the best CC class in thid because of all their instant interrupts and the ease of landing them in there.

Bard can be a lot of fun if you have a decent grp.

Also, the fact that cast times are fairly slow so your 2 insta amnesias can make a significant difference (e.g., single target mezzing 3 alb casters by using em to cancel qc mez or whatever)

But, I'd have to say minstrels are the best CCers in thid. They can always win CC vs a bard. They don't even have to use the stun/interrupts. Just run into 1500 range, start your mez song, then run out and then you have your insta mez primed :\ And since you typically don't find large groups, ae cc isn't essential. They can also exploit the pet to have it break mez on itself and the minstrel.
