Hello, me my dad and half brother are all making necros first, my dad is already 50 and me and my half bro are 32. Someone told me you need a Ice wiz, a blocker and a necro to do rassa. So since we have 3 accounts we can make probably 1 char to contribute to the group and have the other 2 accounts power leveled, but what do i need to have if I'm a necro contributing to the group? Someone told me serenity 5. how many realm ranks do i need for s5? Also can someone suggest what we class is the best blocker, and what realm ablities we would need for a ice wiz and the blocker also. Thanks also can anyone suggest some daoc sites that have good info on them like wikis or something i used to use this website called daoc catacombs it had a character builder on it and useful info, but its like down now.

Necro just needs to powerxfer, doesn't need anything special RA-wise (deathsight spec).
Wizzy has to be ice, use either highest or 2nd to highest PBAOE spell depending on availability of powercells (ie. necro / mins crack / ...)
Blockbot - arms/pally/reaver all work.. just have high shield spec and high MoB.

Can someone explain what and where is Rassa? Is it only in Alb land and is it for powerleveling or loot? What makes it so special?

It's a PL spot on the ML 1.7 island just outside the vulcanus haven (typhoons reach).
