I am having to go through the slow file-check process on every login now, despite the fact that I already patched up on both of my machines. Every time I log out, I have to re-do the complete file check again (~5m) since the above mentioned hot fix.


Please fix this ASAP, it's very annoying considering how we have to load bots on top of our mains, and these LD, CTD, etc. pretty often.

Speaking of Crash to Desktop, for some strange reason only my Heretic consistently CTDs often, every game session. Sometimes right off the bat, sometimes not until I hit PvP. This started a few months ago and I got a work-around from a CSR to zone in/out when that happens, which fixes it for that session, but it's rather annoying to have to do that forever. Please figure out why only my Heretic has these severe crashing issues, and why zoning out & back into NF fixes it!

1) Open your daoc folder
2) Create a .bat file with any name you like
3) Type "start login.dll" (without the "" and save
4) Create shortcut (optional)
5) Profit
