If you like OF and can't play it now...I request that everyone start rolling lvl 49 toons. The lvl 49 bg is identical to OF Emain Macha for those that didn't know. Let's turn it into the new molvik. It will be fun guys.

edit: since mythic most likely won't add an OF server this is the next best thing...let's take advantage of it.

Close? yes! Identical NO, OF EMain had no hib PK or Mile Gate, OF Emain had no Keep where Orseo is Placed, But Dun Crauchan was there but was placed where the HIB mile gate Current is placed. Also Mile gate Ramps are on the WRONG side of the Mile Gates!


Also the entire ALB area Was further North, but because of the Orseo Keep, Mythic moved it all south a bit to accomidate.


Close? Yes, But still NOT the same


Edit: If you want to see the REAL Emain, Just jump passed the Guards and go out there, it's still there!

pardon me for exaggerating a little bit. Nonetheless it is very close to old emain and why not revive a different BG?

I can't figure out where to jump at to get past the guards... can this be done in all realms?

yes this can be done on all realms


easiest for hib though, above the portal pad on the top floor, you have the guard that throws you back if you get too close to "THE WALL", if you run straight at them you get thrown back. With speed and sprint run straight at the guard and before you get to him, turn slightly right and jump OVER the corner piece and viola you out, just jump down and roam. May take a few times to get it right, but you can go there, it has color maps and the whole thing.


Some mobs are out there, keeps are the but cant port thru the doors, relics keeps are there and can port in and out, but clearly not finished.
