Just had an account 'die' while I was moving and without internet, and no money available on my visa card. Why on earth are they asking for my key when I try to reactivate the account? Never happened before, and I have no idea wherever in all my various boxes the game box/manuals are...
Anyone know if there's any way to get past this? The danged account will have all the info already registered...

I don't think they would ask you for the product key...
Are you sure its not asking for a 'game card, item code, or expansion' key?
Of course, I don't know if any of those even apply anymore. Maybe item codes were from people who went to roundtables many years ago and got free items or something? expansion key's don't apply because all expansions are free, and I didn't think they had game cards..

Yes, that was what they asked for, but they would not allow me to leave the field open. So it amounts to the same thing :/

Oh well, it's a habit I've been trying to kick for a few years anyway. After the first two weeks I found I was actually able to NOT think about logging in the moment I awoke.

are you sure your reactivating, and not accidently trying to open a new account..
or, on the master account website.. make sure your trying to reactivate CAMELOT and not WAR

I had the same problem when I tried to reactivate my old EU account recently. Instead of choosing the menu option "reactivate existing account" you need to scroll down to the account status window just below the menu options and there you can easily reactivate your account. (I dont remember the exact names of the menu options / buttons, but I remember thinking it was misleading and piss poor design for something that could potentially prevent new/old players from getting back into the game).

Thanks guys, that worked! Never thought to scroll down as what I wanted was clearly listed up at the top...
Guess I'll stay addicted for a few more years then!

It is funny how often Mythic does that. It is like they want to make things difficult for players to get the game and pay.
