Hey I'm Endar.
Used to play Mordred, played Bors before Mordred was released, dont think I would have made 50 there if Mord hadnt come along in about 6 months.
What was it, what made it so good:
Was it the rule-set?
Was it the people?
Was it the map size?
Was it class balance?
For me and many ive known over the years Mordred DF to ToA has been the best mmo pvp gaming ever.. period
How have we lost it? Can it be made again?
I miss it.

A player-base that made the gameplay experience so miserable for most casual players that they left, and the elitists got tired of not having fodder around to eff over. Self-cannabalization, really. No, it won't be brought back, because the problem with Mordred is that the population can't be sustained long term without a CONSTANT influx of new blood, and the long-term players can't become too superior to the new ones (which happens in DAOC to an insane extent).
PS: Why did you kill the Gaheris board Pass?

If they did a new pvp server,pre toa,mythic would experiance many resubs,imo ofcourse...
