PLing on HIB with 50 PW Bain or 50 Ench

Anyone know a spot on HIb I can level up a 2nd char using one of those characters in subject? Some place not in RVR zones but that has very fast blue or maybe yellow spawns? Again some place I can solo PL? Can rassa encounter be solo'd? Or what about one of those trials in Dungeon in Deep or any of the ML encounters?

The bottom of the Coruscating Mines dungeon (west of Druim Cain non-NF side) works pretty well. It's often overcamped however.

if you have a bain you can prolly get a rassa group. It cannot be solo'd though but if you just go out there and say bain + alt lfg normally it's only a matter of time until someone picks ya up

swim out past fire island and it's the island that connects with the far side of fire island.
You'll see a bunch of pads and people around probably.
