Noticed the other day my CM had 3pp more then expected or possible due to the items I have on my CM. I was at 16pp and I have nothing less then 5pp on the CM. Today I am at 19pp, again that is 3pp from no where it seems. How is that possible, is there a bug some where?


Not a bad bug but just curious!
