i know the SCing cap for molvik is 34.5. But what LvL armor can you use? also .... what is SCing cap and armor lvl for thid ... and lions den?

Tradeskills section probably has this info. There is a long thread concerning how to figure the bonus levels for Thid and Molv. As for armor, in Molv you can wear any type, just some such as dragonsworn have an included stat which counts towards the bonus level so you need to be careful.
