When I PvE on my enchanter, it's annoying having to constantly switch between power and focal mythirians depending on whether I'm killing or medding. (Especially since there is no hotkey for it.) Even before the infernal sleeves, my enchanter rarely burned through more than 2 power charges and rp2 at a time. They're nice to have, but very easy to get by without them.
