Second this. When I PvE on my enchanter, it's annoying having to constantly switch between power and focal mythirians depending on whether I'm killing or medding. (Especially since there is no hotkey for it.) I would love to just template the infernal sleeves and be done, I could run focal full time.

Template in 20% siphon into your PvE template. Even before the infernal sleeves, my enchanter rarely burned through more than 2 power charges and rp2 at a time. They're nice to have, but very easy to get by without them. I only used my power myth when I was focus pulling, the rest of the time I just popped an item charge or used someone's power font.
