Say a target is debuffed, and someone casts a higher delve debuff. Will the second one overwrite the initial one, if so will it reset the debuff's timer?

Excluding cc overwrites negating ST. Obviously a mez will not overwrite a lesser duration mez, stun, snare (any %), etc.


examples:

- mana eld w/ subspec light casts a lower lvl d/q debuff, then a full light eld uses the the higher tier debuff

- hammer 21% haste debuff, healer casts a 39% one

- necro lower tier s/c, mind sorc s/c debuff

higher delve debuffs SHOULD overwrite lower-delve ones
debuffs do not have immunity timers like cc does which is why mez/stun/root timers don't get overwritten
when one debuff overwrites another one, timer is set to whatever the new debuff delves for
