Ok, I was leveling the other day and I got the Attuned Bracelet on a drop. It's stats are; Hits 20 - Nurture 2 - Thrust 4% - Empathy 13. What I don't understand is how I got a Hib item when I was on Alb. So, what do I do with it? Sell it? Turn it in to some NPC somewhere?

That is a different item though. The one I got is a level 35.

those are unique items out of the random objekt generator. when the stats are useless, just sell them to the next npc or drop them on the ground.
