So I have a few Warden questions and was told to go here. I do not see a class section so hopefully this is not taboo.

First question: I was wondering about the difference (if any) between Blades and Blunt skill other than cosmic tics?

Second question: If we put point into shield skill does it increase our chance to block with shields or just yields new skills?

Third question: Does Empathy add to the amount to healing we do?

Anything else you think will be useful feel free to add in. I am a Minotaur, and plan to PVE and RVR. I want to melee and heal to the best of the Wardens ability (if at all).

thanks!

1. damagewise there is nearly no difference between blade and blunt (for a warden), just the style-effects you can get with a decent warden spec are different. grp specs for a warden are often based on ml-styles, because wardens want good resibuffs and decent heal abilities. so most of them spec 10 blades for the sidesnare style or even less weapon if they don't care about that.

2. you block better the more points you put in shield. standard for a warden @lvl 50 is 42 shield, which means you get "slam", an anytimer shieldstyle with a 9 sec. stun effekt.

3. no

4. if you want to be a melee damagedealer, warden might not be the best choice.
