Someone told me that falcons eye the % to crit only applies to PVE and not against other players. Is this true or false? If its true then that is really bullshit. After Mos4 i would want falcons eye maxed but if it doesn't work against players then I will have to respec.

Ok thank god, cause i really want to get FE5 for pvp after i get MOS4.

Is it still bugged or did they fix this? There used to be a couple levels, I believe 3 and 4, that didn't work

Back when I played you had to keep in mind that you could only crit up to 50% of normal damage in RvR as opposed to 100% of normal damage in PvE or something like that. Maybe that's what the dude was talking about.


Been a long time since I played though, could have changed since then.

FA increases you chance to crit, not how much of a crit you'll get. It's the same as Wild Power is for regular casters.

Right, just saying that when you do crit, it used to be that an RvR crit would cap at 50% of normal damage. While PvE crits could hit for 100% of normal damage. Not saying that FE messes with how much of a crit you get.

I think what the person was telling you that FE doesn't help crit shots crit more in RVR cause afaik you can't crit on a crit shot in RVR - but you can in PVE which I think is somewhat new cause I have a very old hunter and don't remember critting on crit shots in PVE.

Should be noted that I' haven't rvr'd yet on hunter since I came back after 4 years - so things might be different then I'm aware of.
