When i load into housing or any cities i crash to desktop and as soon as i log back in after 1-3 seconds it crashes again, is there a fix to this without having to upgrade hardware?

thats hard to tell sense we dont know what hardware you are running..

i mean if your trying to load the game on a 386 with a trident 2meg video card... it might not work..

maybe try posting your specs to get a better result
