Server sizes differ but, if they are the same size then at 101 servers they have more than WAR. And they opened them right away and as a result the population seems to have 'spread out'.
Now how many servers they have in 1, 3, 6 months time is another matter.

There were reports of it being 1,500 during beta.
Subsequent reports put it at 2,500.
Now that the population has spread through the zones there is #discussion' that it may have been increased by another 500-1000. But I sure haven't seen any 'official' comment. And it may well be that different servers have different caps depending on their population demographic.
All of which will tough for the couple of US servers that currently have queues of 700+. A few other servers have queues as well but there are other servers at Medium.
Time will tell.

The question in MMOs is always not how many servers there are on release but how many there are 6 months, 1 year, 2 years later. See also: WAR.
