Does Mythic delete accounts?

Howdy folks.
Played about 5-6 years ago and I came back to play with a trial. After some good experiences I decided to give it another go, however, my old account isn't registered anymore. Ya'll know if Mythic deletes old/inactive accounts after a while?

no, mythic has never deleted any accounts...
they dont even delete banned cheaters...

There are many reasons you could be having trouble, I wont list them because they all end with the same advice: contact Mythic.
