Why a EA can't do something as easy as charge you then give unlock code is beyond me.
One a scale from 0 to 10 EA/Mythic account department are 0.
They charge you for something, don't give it to you and they think its alright.
It's no wonder that of all the people who played this game they always hated the actual company that ran it.

same here.. I bought a 3 month card, and copy/pasted in the account center the code, and bam.. I was up and going.
not sure what the problem is on your end.. but, its worked fine for me. And the 25% discount was very nice!
