For those who don't frequent the alb sneak boards, the 25% reduction from the new DW penalty is not a flat rate, but a percentage. I realize some of you read it that way to begin with, but testing has confirmed it.

Also, there appears to be no benefit to overcapping block right now on pendragon.
If your normal bonuses, RA, etc. take you overcap, then a Mythirian is also useless.

So if you know your projected defense (evade or block), multiply by .75 against DWers to get the adjusted individual defense rate.
