I have 6+9 env I'm trying on a ns at level 39. I bought a level 15 poison but it will not apply to my blades. A level 13 poison will apply though. Anyone know why the level 15 poison would not apply being I have 15 composite env?

Dont you need half of the skill required as a skill rather than +skill now days? <--- makes my eyes bleed.

That could be it and its just rounding up to 13. I will go buy a level 14 poison and if it does not take either, then thats probably it.

I haven't played an assassin in ages, but I don't think +env skill from *weapons* will work (weapon is unequipped when you apply poison), so you might want to check if any of your +env skill comes from your weapons.
