Game crashes when logging out??

Has anyone ever had an issue with the game dropping to desktop and getting an error while trying to log to character screen? It's so annoying because I have to do eula every time I log in!
I didn't see any topics regarding this issue on the herald and I've tried all I can think of. Any suggestions?
