How to delete account name from drop down menu ?

Hi I made a mistake entering an account name in the loggin screen and not sure how to delete it from the drop down menu. Any pointers please ?

If you are using Windows 7 it is in the folder:
C:\Users\*username inserted here*\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\LotM
and it is named user.dat
the account names are encoded for security but reside right beside the accounts=
AppData is a hidden folder so you'll have to enable hidden folders, 1st, for it to be seen. You can use Google to figure that out, of course. If you are using Vista/XP, the folder may be in a slightly different location.

-There will be no enforcement of the usual Honour in Combat polices.
If you have an Honour in Combat issue with another player, you have PvP tools at youre disposal to take care of it.

Awesome ive been wanting to know this for awhile just never bugged me enough to ask /cheer

The coding for the account name is very simple. Just shift the alphabet by one character.
Open the user.dat file with notepad or wordpad and find the listing for ‘accounts =’ and remove the account name you no longer want listed. Then save (not save as, just save).
