Crafting legendary weapons?

What do I need to have if I want a player to craft me a couple of legendary weapons?
Flame of Prometheus to make it 100% quality and the legendary component. Do I need to have any other items before I shall start looking for a weaponcrafter?

It'll depend on the weapon crafter.
You need 3 SC gems and 3 alchemy tinctures for each weapon as well. If the crafter has those skills they'll probably just make them. If not you'll need them.
