Just reactivated.

I've got dozens of mules full of crappy loot (like useless ML10 stuff, that isn't useless any more). Went to dig thru them for stuff to retemplate, and all that is left is a housing zone with no vault keeper?

I really don't want to /transfer all of them, I just want to look in their vaults.

Am I missing a vaultkeeper somewhere?

Nope, I did the same thing. I actually ran all through housing looking for a house that had one. I found a house, but I was allowed to access the merchants. Bummer.
Pretty crappy design if you ask me.

Just house vaults and guild vaults.

No regular old vaultkeeper.
