So some of the Sidi armor pieces are excellent and lots of people use them. Problem is they look just like epic armor. Now, epic armor isn't bad-looking, but if you want the epic armor look, just use the epic armor. If you are using something else, you should have another look, not the epic look. My idea is to change the Sidi armor to look like the crafted Inconnu armor. It makes sense. Inconnu came with SI release, just like Sidi armor. Inconnu armor looks cool, but no one uses it because it isn't has good as sigil/dragonsworn. I've seriously only seen two people ever wearing the inconnu armor and one of them was a thid buffbot. (Coolest looking buffbot ever, btw.) New armor graphics would not have to be designed. The code is written, just switch it around. Easy-Peasy-Lemon-Squeezey. Would add more variety into the game and do so pretty easily. So to reiterate: Mythic/EA/Bioware, make Sidi armor pieces look like inconnu armor pieces. And this goes for Mid/Hib too btw. I think that would be really cool. It could be what you do for the 10th anniv of SI release, but sooner than that would be better.

Sidi armor is the best looking armor in the game. Just so happens that the last time they gave a serious effort in armor skins was when they made Epic armor - which in most cases, is still the best looking armor in the game.

So I vote no on changing Sidi armor skins.
However I stand by my suggestion that they upgrade the crafting system, and include the ability for crafters to "specialize" in any of the armor skins (with an additional imbue slot). This would be something LGM crafters could do, but they have to pick one (per craft) that they specialize in. This kind of diversity in the crafting community would be a boon for the game and the economy of the game.

Move away from "I can make everything....taking orders" to "I make Inconnu Plate, taking orders..."
