Has Mythic ever given a reason why they think BD pets should be allowed to go through closed doors? Just curious. Was defending a keep recently and there were 2 or 3 BDs in the Mid attackers. They sent their pets in and they killed everyone in the keep without any Mid being touched,so I was just wondering why Mythic think this is fine.
I am not long playing this so if this has been answered and if there are solutions to counteract BD pets please accept my apologies.

The same reason chanter pets and cabby pets do.

Ah so, did not realise this though I think the damage BD pets can do byfar outweighs the damage chanter and cabby pets can do or am I wrong in this also?

I'm guessing this was in a battleground? Yeah its a bit hard to deal with, but it isn't an issue @ 50.
And the reason the BD pets are much more of a pain then Cabby or Enchanter pets is because the BD has a lot more of their character invested in their pets. If a BD loses their pets, not only do they have to resummon up to 4 (instead of 1) but they have very limited things to do I would argue, compared to a cabby or enchanter that lost their pet.

I think it's more about mythic giving up trying to fix it, rather than believing that it should happen.
