Hey guys I need some help with this problem that I have been having the game. In Summary the game is crashing when I load up. Sometimes the game does not crash and I can play with no problem. the problem lies when the game has to LOAD a zone. (i.e. Porting to NF, going inside a task dungeon, porting to housing, etc). When I check my "debug" file, I notice something wrong that can be the result for the game crashing, listed below is what I think the culprit is:

*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <----------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)
*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <----------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)
*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <----------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)
*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <----------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)
Loading GrassMap (mpk) for Region #245 from [grass.csv] density=32 test=32 csv=[zones/textures/grass.csv]
Loading Grass#0 for Region #245 from [zones/textures/grass.csv]
Loading Detailmap (mpk) for Region #245 from [d00.bmp]
Before NDLCreateDungeonWorld
After NDLCreateDungeonWorld
Time to NDLCreateTerrainWorld: 7089 msecs
Before NDLSetupRegionNIFS
*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <--------------------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)
*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <--------------------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)
After NDLSetupRegionNIFS
*** Could not open "zones/zone245/csv245.mpk" <--------------------------------- (Possible culprit for crashing?)

Now, I have tried almost everything that I could think of to prevent this from going on which include:

Uninstalling game using the uninstaller and also removing every single registry key associated with the game, and then reinstalling (done about 4-5times now)
Format Hard drive, install fresh new operating system (Win7 64bit)
Update Video card drivers
Update MB drivers
Update LAN drivers
Called Mythic Customer support (lol)
Tried installing game on a different computer
Tried installing game on a laptop
Run as Admin
Run in windowed mode
Reduce resolution
Reduce detail
Removed Custom UI

After all of these things that I have been doing, NOTHING, is working properly, and the game still crashes when it attempts to load a zone, OR when the game tries to start up in general.

My system specs are as follows:

Motherboard: EVGA FTW3
CPU: Intel i7 950 3.06Ghz
RAM: 24GB DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
Video Cards: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (Linked with SLI)
Hardrive: Western Digital 2TB 7200 RPMS ESATA
Network: Onbaord LAN (updated drivers)
Audio: Wireless Headset
Operating System: Windows 7 64bit
Monitor: 55" 3D LED TV Samsung

I am completely stuck at a dead end here, and don't know what to do. Note: I have other games installed on my system which include:

Call of Duty
Team Fortress
Assassins Creed
Prince of Persia

These games run absolutely flawlessly. any Ideas on what the hell is going on? AND most importantly what I can do to fix this problem? Please help.

my car runs fine on the highway, freeway, main roads, and side roads...

but for some reason i get jerky motion, and instability when i take it on dirt roads...

WTFS WRONG WITH MY CAR!

thats what i think everytime someone says X games run fine but Y has a problem...

but onto your problem... you say you installed it on another computer and had the same problem?....

what was the specs on the other computers, you failed to post those... maybe the problem lies in a common hardware arch-type, common driver, or a program/util thats install on each.

We need to know what programs are installed on both computers.

Whenever I find that someone has the exact same problem on two different computers I begin to suspect the software that is installed. Chances are the trouble has to do with something in common with both computers. One thing in common is the network but based on your symptoms it seems more likely some software that is on both computers.

The first thing I would check is the antivirus.

If both computers have the same antivirus then I would run the first test by pausing/shutting off the antivirus and try the game again. Even if they do not have the same antivirus I would begin testing by shutting off the antivirus. If you still have trouble I would try uninstalling the antivirus and try the game.

Actually, I got it working for now, (crosses fingers) hopefully it stays this way.

I went into webroot and under gamer mode I had needed to put a check in "Turn Execution Shield OFF when entering Gamer Mode"

I don't see why this would prevent me from loading zones, but it does, it works for NOW, and I am happy. Thanks for all the feedback.
