Resetting ML Line?

What're the requirements for it? I know there's some thing you buy on the merchants in Hall of Heroes or wherever, but do you have to buy the ML credit again for levels 1 through 10? Or do you keep credit for the master level you're on?

Buy a Star of Destiny or get one to drop, then stand in front of the big floating tablet in Hall of Heroes and use the Star; your ML line will switch to the other option and you'll be the same master level.
