i buy 1 month gametime 7/19/2011 today i get an email that my account is closed? WTF is mythic doing anyways??

i'm guessing you got the free 10 or so days for reactivating? ..... ea/mythic changed the account center/billing etc... remake your master account and re-enter the time code..
or if you've already remade your master account... re-enter the time code

if that doesn't help.... a phone call will... you'll mostly likely get a deal on another month

Since Mythic hasn't bothered to support this game with its own forums, you may want to try the Bioware forums for lolhammer, since those folks are having the same problems.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on this. There are some work arounds posted on there but there are still a good amount of people, myself included, where it isn't working for us and Mythic has 0 support on this manner.


You can check warhammer's boards on Bioware's OF but I think the best thing would be to contact EA as it is now all tied into EA's/Origin's account system.

Aye. Definitely call EA. Bioware is totally clueless about this game. They didn't even know they were supporting it, when I called them.

It sure seems as though Mythic is intentionally trying to reduce the cash flow on their games. Perhaps it's a tax break, lol.
