In Albion there is a city in SI called Avalon City where you can kill level 50 and up mobs that drop dragon scales (called "molted xanxicar scales". They can be used to buy gear from a lady NPC in Camelot, and are also sold on housing for 10-15g each, depending on the market at a given time. A solo Scout w/o a bb can farm 75-100 of these scales an hour, so this place is literally a money tree.

I am trying to find the Hibernian equivalent of this place. Can someone clue me in please?

Try Fomor Dungeon - not far from Alaid Faie (spelling) in SI.

It's been a long time but I think it's Formor or Tur Suil (Spelling could be way off)

I don't think think mobs in TS drop scales but don't quote me on that.
