Hib version of Alb Avalon City ?

In Albion there is a city in SI called Avalon City where you can kill level 50 and up mobs that drop dragon scales (called " molted xanxicar scales"  . They can be used to buy gear from a lady NPC in Camelot, and are also sold on housing for 10-15g each, depending on the market at a given time. A solo Scout w/o a bb can farm 75-100 of these scales an hour, so this place is literally a money tree.
I am trying to find the Hibernian equivalent of this place. Can someone clue me in please?

Try Fomor Dungeon - not far from Alaid Faie (spelling) in SI.

It's been a long time but I think it's Formor or Tur Suil (Spelling could be way off)

I don't think think mobs in TS drop scales but don't quote me on that.
