its quite pathetic. I think at certain times maybe they are doing backups, or something on their side of the server and they have to dedicate priority to the NF zones only, while everyone else suffers. Because for the last few days in a row I moved from NF to the capital city and noticed about a 3 second delay when doing anything in the captial. Seems to be on and off all afternoon (from maybe noon-5pm eastern time, or around there).
All I was doing was crafting, which actually the lag still made it about 50% less efficient, but I couldn't imagine trying to actually play the game like that.
