Everyone else may know this, but I dont. The easiest way to ask is to give an example.

If a blocking mythirian gives plus 4 mythical blocking, is that +4% to block, or is it like +4 skill in blocking, or something else entirely?

here you go....

4 blocking myth = 4%
+1 shield point = .5%
+1 dex point = .05%

myths are % based.... and with a myth you can exceed the block/parry/evade caps...
