Does anyone know if they have fixed the problem with account splitting yet? Tried to split an account in July and they said they couldnt do it cause they were having problems with it. Just wondering if they had fixed that yet!

I split my accounts a few months ago... like 6 perhaps. It took a long time to get it all situated, but it eventually went through alright.

A lil phone call answered it for me! No, they're not offering it any more. When they switched all the billing around they disabled that feature, an according to the guy I talked to they arent sure if it will be offered in the future.

Translation: features like account splitting require more staff members than a single secretary, who is employed just to answer the phone.

As I recall, when account splitting was first introduced, Mythic required some form of photo ID and utility bill scans be faxed do them. Back then, Mythic only wanted to let people do account splitting to move characters to the accounts of other people in their household. Blizzard, on the other hand, was/is more than happy to let you move characters around to your heart's content.
