Is there anyway I can reset this? I can't find it under /keyboard and no button seems to work. Any suggestions? I was hoping I won't have to reset all my keyboard settings, but if it's the only way...

Numpad Minus?

Try changing the key for it at the character select screen. It may be easier to find there.
