Back to DAoC after a 4 year lay off, I know silly me. I logged my ranger and leveled to CL10. Champ XP bar says full. But I only have 5 points to spend on champ skills. IIRC, I should have 10, one for each level. I have not checked other characters, but I may presume this would be an issue as well.

Is there an in-game fix without contacting support? If not, what is the best way to have this resolved, in-game support or email to support?

If that's a legitimate bug you describe and not just you over-looking something the first thing I would do is get a CL respec stone (their dirt cheap) and respec your CLs so you get all your points back and see if that does the trick.
