reactiveate old account - how?

Where can I go to find my characters from Kay and reactivate? I am having a hard time finding this information. Please help. It has been years and I might not even have the same email.

when you select servers you're going to have to check the box that says "Archived Servers." After you load them you type /freexfer Ywain# (IIRC).
