So I have been gone for about a year n a half or so and want to see if anything has changed at all (good/bad). How are the realms looking seeing if things are still the same at all. For refferance I play a rr6 SB named Rolbeig been around for ever. Any new stealther nerfs/fixes?


Also on a side note I have been reading the vn boards lately and just wanted to say this. I am and will be a lifer with this game come hell or high water. I have been playing since the day it came out and no matter what the bugs fixes nerfs expansions etc come out I will always play till the game finally and truely dies. I know a lot of you complain but I bet the same goes for you as well. Even gotten a big side peice (tattoo) of the daoc symbol with the hammer tree and cup in each corner on my left side because of what this game has ment over these past 10 years( A little extreme i know but oh well)


So pls if anyone can share and get me up to speed it would be a lot of help. And if anyone remembers the name and me how ya been? lol

To tell you the truth, there have been a lot of patches to "fix" classes and no matter what you do, nobody will ever be happy. Assassins got a lot of love, particularly nightshades. They have revamped the stealthline and put previous RR5 abilities with assassins. Assassins fair well and a lot of the classses do.


Warlocks continue to get a lot of flack, though they have been nerfed quite a bit, but that's not your concern, I guess. At your realm rank you should be able to do well as a solo or in group.


Right now, mids are everywhere, they're in laby, they're in nf and in full force. European servers have merged which is nice because it means more enemies to kill...


And I do vaguely remember you .. well after someone you killed a few times


Good to see you back.. I am a lifer as well, I leave and always come back. Nothing will replace daoc and yea.. the golden days still keep me hoping for better days ahead.

Hehe sorry for the killing and ya i useally group and solo if u remember i was a SZ and build him to stand and fight pretty much anything heavy tanks inclued (except maulers and higher rr friars.....no thank you lol)


Ya everyone qqs and from what i have been reading its been about us stealthers. are our poisons really that damaging now? I don't weapon swamp don't need it i do enough melee damage so i never noticed


and any other big changes? Also does any of my old guildies from RIP or VIP still play fava crealm etc?

Nobody knows. It's under construction and there have been promises about what will happen.

Seems like besides battle updates, there hasn't been much dev/community rapport like before. That has changed.

I think I was playing my youngling scout when you killed me . I've learned to do one thing when I see an assassin... run. However, I admit, playing an assassin (not archer class) is tons of fun.

do you remember if i was SZ spec or CS at the time? and sorry lol and new low rr scout is just taste lol well i'll be back soon and if u have sb or hunter hell even a visible i'll duo with you since i'm sure everyone that i use to play with is long gone now breaks my heart sometime
