Just returned to the game after quite a while. I can't remember if they ever implemented Artifact XP scrolls and if so where are they now? I checked the Bounty Merchants and in TOA and no luck.

No such thing as xp scrolls for arties
they did increase the rate in which they level up however so get out there and get grinding!

they pretty much all level at the same speed now which is nice. I think on my Hero and Druid it took me about 2-3 hours to level a bunch of artifacts to level 10. However, this was in the dragon zone where I was also farming for scales.. multi-tasking. Also a Hero is not exactly the highest DPS class. If you just need to level arties you can do it pretty quickly solo, and obviously alot better if you get some type of Enchanter PL setup.

Except for molvik level toons. Traldors is the worst, takes days of powerleveling to get it to 10
