How do I close an account without knowing the account name?
Since month I use gametimecards für my accounts.
In past I activated sometimes accounts for friends.
Maybe I forgot to cancel one of this accounts.
What information needs EA to cancel subscription or give me the account name?
Are there other ways to avoid EA to charge my credit card?

Here are the last two charges. I wonder that Mythic changed to EA and that there is given no information beside date and phone number.

My bank can do nothing for me exept blocking my credit card.

well, you can call mythic.... thats probly the only option.

You should be able to dispute the charges. That is one of the benefits of making payments via CC.


If this is not your account I would guess that your only option is to have a new CC issued with a new number. I doubt that Mythic will give you information, or let you change things, on accounts that are not yours (unless you had the secret word).


The easiest thing, have the CC reissued with a new number. If you have some non-Mythic reoccurring payments on the CC you will need to restart them but having the CC reissued with new numbers on it will most certainly stop the Mythic charges.
