I dont know where my original disc are. I donwloaded the 14 day trial (does it have the catacomb client?).

Am told all the xpacs are free now is this true? How do I download them?


Also has there been any features to change the size of the ui without changing the resolution?

How does the mount work are they free or how much are they.

Ywain info:

Server population was dieing and to help keep server population up Mythic was clustering servers together. As the player population continued to shrink, Mythic needed to continue clustering servers but they had a huge problem, the database of old characters was becoming so huge (on the existing clusters) the database was becoming unmanageable. Because the existing databases were so huge, Mythic could no longer combine the databases, which meant they could not form a new cluster (yet they needed to cluster the final servers together to keep the population up to keep RvR viable).


Mythic’s solution, create a new server that everyone, all active players, will transfer to (everyone transfers except Mordred and the Coop). There are 10 Ywain login servers that are just character holding areas. The 10 login servers allow players to transfer up to 100 old characters to the new server, but Ywain 1-10 is only one server.


The old servers will be maintained as character holding areas for returning players; so returning players can come back and transfer toons over to Ywain.


If you have level 50s on the old Classic server, there is a quest that gives free ML credit before you are allowed to transfer.


Mostly it does not matter which Ywain you use, as all Ywains are really just one server, but housing on Ywain 1-3 is very full so if you are thinking of getting a house I would use a different Ywain than 1-3.

So basically what you are saying is all the cluster servers 1-10 is just one big server?


People still do TOA (NOT that I would go back there...ugh I hated that zone and dont get me started on the encounters....4-7 hours long).


People still farm and gank in DF?

Yes just one big clustered server, pick your ywain# where you intend to purchase a house

only toa done nowadays is ML10 (well on hib anyways), now you basically farm for glass (or purchase it in housing) then buy your ML's/arties etc...

EDIT you can also purchase ML's/Arties with BP's

Just don't pick ywain 1....no houses available!

I am thinking about coming back too, been a couple years. Nothing beats end game pvp and I can never find something quite like molvik Heard there's a new tri-realm game coming out soon, but am not interested..

It's funny, cause I now work for a company called WordStream and we do AdWords campaigns for clients. Long story short, a bunch of people at work here play it and it's going to make me re-up. It's the active community and vault staff that keeps this game going...now just for origins to come out!

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this game. I transferred all my toons to the live server from the archived ones.

Currently looking to start farming and eventually buying a home.


Can anyone recommend a mature guilds on the server? I been mainly been playing my hibernia toons and also Albion.

Hoping to get back on my Shammie (lvl 40) and hit 50 eventually.


I do enjoy the grouping / pve of this game.
