If I put on buff bonus gear does it affect the buffs from the buff npc in nf?
Also are the buffs near capped? or are they a long ways away?
Just wondering if I can get away without using a bot now.

%buff bonus from gear won't affect the NPC buffs
It will however affect potion /uses and item /uses

Hoping it's somewhat close with the 25% buff bonus then when I use pots. If its like 15-20 or more than I would rather load up a bot. If it's within like 5-10 I may just run with no bot. We will see.

The NPC is already 15 off of cap. The pots with 20% buff bonus needs to
be about that as well, maybe more. (not cap)

The delves on pots have been slightly adjusted for 1.11, too.

According to the patch notes buff potions have +50 for bases, and +57 for specs. So if you get 25% buff bonus, then this seems to give (50+57)*1.25=~134 bonus to buffs. I think this should be +140 to match the buff NPCs. However, these potions need to be buff shearable or else your changing the balance of RvR. I would much rather run with +140 con where i'm immune to having it sheared, then have +155 con and get buff sheared. I suppose it depends on the class, but for many stats this seems like a reasonable tradeoff to me.
Also I don't use potions much, but they better have a combat timer or something on these potions. Otherwise someone is gonna get half their buffs sheared away and instantly drink a full buffs potion, and now the buff shears turn into -15 stat debuffs. Hopefully they have thought about these things.
IF they would just allow you to get free LGM SC for all your toons on Pendragon, then I would have already tested these things out and came back with some answers. But for now I have no idea how these things are going to work.
