hello I am returning to the game and slowly learning all of the abilities again. was looking for some information and tips on the ML4 ability "Grapple"

according to the tooltip, it is a short range stun ability that makes target unable to move or melee. however a grappled target cannot be attacked by melee during the stun. does that about cover everything?

also, grapple is good to use against charge? are there any other good applications of the ability?
