Back ingame after a near 2yr absence ....

my question... atm im messing around in CV tyring to get some RR's before i ding 50 n hit NF

with dragonslayer armor... is it now possible to get it BEFORE 50 ? or is it still there same where i have to be 50 to do the quests?

just to clarify.. reason i ask is that ive seen a cple of CV templates that seem to have DS armor in them.. and no1 replying to said templates corrected them to lvl restrictions on the Slayer armor.

You can have the armor at 49 but the procs won't work

P.S where to start Dragonslayers quest these days? they eaiser than they used to be? heard somebody say they are soloable now?

Epic armor is a good option for Cathal armor too. Some of the jewelry you get from the Epic quests is pretty good too.

You can buy dragonslayer armor with Scales instead of doing the quests. Most people buy them these days, which means that it is very difficult to find people who will do the quests with you (they are not soloable). Scales have a chance to drop from any mob in the dragon zone. They are tradable so you can buy them from other players in housing. Once you have enough Scales you go to the dragon merchant in Camelot/Jordheim/TNN and buy essence stones (150 Scales per piece of armor). Make sure you have faction with the dragonslayer NPC, if not just do a simple quest at the bindstone in dragon zone). Then you turn in the stones to the dragonslayer NPC.

Yes Sal is/was on rift... most of us tried that. i think he busy nowadays with his GF who he recently moved in with. and yes have seen fraggy a cple times.. didnt know his bards name tho,, so ty for the heads up. can pester him to buy me some mls lol cos am short on plat and bps atm as rr leveling in CV atm till 4-5 before go nf
