I see in lastest notes all heal classes get the heal proc, just 2000 range now.
Well that sucks!
Why can't they just make like before on a 10 min timer and able to stay on ie Resists,Da.

Good imo. Got real tired of keep/bridge stealthers sprinting back to their bot for that shiz

The less stuff like that heal reproc, the better IMO ... so that it is a pretty level playing field for those choosing to go by realm buffs.
