Alch skill for the new multi-buff-potions

Draught of Courage/Superior Courage/Draught of Heroism
are skill 1100, right?
So why don't they show up at 1051?
Someone said, that they appeared at Pendragon when you ding 1100 and had yellow con then.
Is this a bug, or do i really have to skill my alch to 1100?

You have to skill to 1100

Alch is one of those craft skills that new tier recipes only show up when you "level" to a new tier.

Remember these new multibuff potions are placed under a (new?) category called "Stat buff draughts", which
you probably already know by now
