Ive been on the phone now for almost 20 mins and the guy has no idea what a SW is or what id even use it for.
I explained it to him and he keeps putting me on hold.

He just got back on the line and said they dont have access to any SW.

so i asked what info a person needed to be considered the owner of an account and has put me back on hold.

ill update more in a few mins..

i finally got my SW.. he said he had to download some software and update his computer. 41 mins total for SW


now im working on getting my CC info removed and its started to give me a head ache :/
